Croydon – Two-Storey Side Extension, Rear Extension & Loft Conversion

At Stellantis Construction, we had the privilege of transforming a residential property in Croydon through a full-scale extension and loft conversion project. The brief was to create a larger, modern family home by expanding both the footprint and vertical space while maintaining a seamless connection to the property’s existing character. The project included a two-storey side extension, providing additional living and bedroom space, and a rear extension that opened up the ground floor to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. To maximize the home’s potential, we also completed a loft conversion, adding 2 new bedrooms. This not only enhanced the property’s functionality but also significantly increased its overall value.
